Metrics Vocational Services offers a team of credentialed professionals, including Canadian Certified Vocational Evaluators (CCVE), Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals (CVRP) and Certified Life Care Planners (CLCP). In addition, team members who have received their Canadian Certified Vocational Evaluator designation (through the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals), have passed a national certification examination, as well as a peer review of methodology in transferrable skills, analysis and vocational assessment, and have demonstrated competence in vocational evaluation, planning, standardized testing, and assessment techniques.

After receiving a B.A. in psychology, Jennifer began working in the field of rehabilitation in 2000, becoming a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP) in 2005. Jennifer also holds a CVRP (Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional) designation and is a member in good standing with the Vocational Rehabilitation Association (VRA).
Bringing over 20 years of case management and vocational rehabilitation experience to her role as Director with Metrics Vocational Services, Jennifer promotes her belief in a collaborative, client-centered approach to assisting clients in attaining their various goals.
Jennifer is past President and current Board Director with the Canadian Assessment, Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Society (CAVEWAS). In addition, she sits on the National VRA Board and is the VRA Liaison with the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals.
Graham is in active practice in the Province of Ontario as a Vocational Evaluator and Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist. His education entails a Bachelor of Arts-Major in Psychology from Brock University, and the Humber College Rehabilitation Program. He is a Registered Professional Vocational Evaluator (PVE), a Senior Disability Analyst (D-ABDA), and long-standing registrant with the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada. He has some 40 years of experience in conducting Vocational Evaluations, Transferable Skills Analysis (TSA) assessments, and Labour-Market Analysis for MVA and LTD clients, along with other injured individuals; this for devising/implementing vocational rehabilitation and labour market re-entry programming in facilitating clients’ return to work. His practice also entails conducting research and analysis regarding earnings associated with employment. He has consulted with a wide range of persons; from those who are disadvantaged to those experiencing disability, the latter ranging from developmental, physical, cognitive, emotional and/or psychiatric disabilities. He has performed work for Independent Assessment firms, both motor vehicle and LTD insurance companies, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, Worker Advisors, Canada Pension Plan, Government of Ontario, along with the legal community (Plaintiff and Defense Counsel referrals). He was an approved FSCO Residual Earning Capacity and Med-Rehab DAC Assessor for over seven years. He has attended on numerous occasions as an Expert Witness at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and FSCO arbitration hearings. He has served in various Executive roles with the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada, along with the Canadian Assessment, Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Society, having last served as President of this organization.
Dr. Holland is a duly qualified Chiropractor licensed to practice in the province of Ontario. He graduated from York University with a B.A. and M.E.S. degree. In addition, he graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College as a Doctor of Chiropractic. He is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, Ontario Chiropractic Association, College of Chiropractors of Ontario, and Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association. He received his diploma in Acupuncture from The Academy of Acupuncture. Dr. Holland is a Certified ARCON Evaluator and Interpreter and Certified Life Care Planner. He is a Rehabilitation Specialist and a Fellow of the Canadian Chiropractic Specialty College of Physical and Occupational Rehabilitation. Dr. Holland is a recognized expert in Legal Functional Capacity Assessments and Life Care Plans/Future Care Cost Assessments, and critiques for both Plaintiff and Defense Counsel referrals.
Joining Metrics Vocational Services in 2010, Debbie initially worked as a Vocational Assessor in the field. GATB certified, Debbie has conducted vocational and psycho-vocational assessments, transferrable skills analyses, and labour market research. Her role with Metrics has evolved to overseeing quality assurance, managing service contracts, program development, designing and delivering in-house training, and other general operational objectives.
Debbie’s experience has involved a diverse client base such as WSIB, WorkSafe BC, Canadian Veterans Vocational Rehabilitation Services, City of Toronto Employment and Social Services, private insurers, and personal litigators.
Marg began working in the rehabilitation field in 1985 and has over 33 years of work experience at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board of Ontario. At WSIB, Marg worked in many capacities including vocational rehabilitation, disability and case management, and as a Manager in Service Delivery and Work Transition. These positions provided Marg with a wealth of experience in rehabilitation, employment counselling, and disability management.
Joining Metrics Vocational Services in 2013, Marg offers her expertise in acting as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant, Psychometrist, Vocational Evaluator and Life Care Planner, conducting over 330 assessments to date. Marg is experienced in conducting vocational, psycho-vocational, psycho-educational assessments, medicolegal vocational evaluations and life care planning (future care cost) assessments.
Marg is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Assessment, Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Society (CAVEWAS).
Tracy brings over 23 years of combined experience in Disability Management; including Physical Rehabilitation, Vocational Rehabilitation, Short & Long Term Disability Claims Management, and Project Management. She is passionate that ‘Good Work is Healthy’ and embeds this philosophy in all that she does to facilitate positive change. As a subject matter expert in Disability Management she brings innovative strategies and solutions to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
She graduated with honors with combined degrees in Anatomy and Physiotherapy from the University of Saskatchewan in 1997. She is a member in good standing with the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada with the designation of RRP. Tracy has continued her ongoing education in a multitude of areas including Chronic Disease Management, Mental Health, Motivational Interviewing, Ethics, and Masters Certification in Project Management. Tracy is a Member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (MCPA).
She brings extensive experience from the Disability Insurance industry from Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Her experience includes claims adjudication, vocational rehab case management, delivering function-focused Disability Management training initiatives as a classroom educator/speaker to large disability claims operations, deskside coaching/mentoring with Case Managers, as well as project management experience with claims team/organizational transformation projects.
With over 12 years of experience in the leadership and rehabilitation field working with a diverse client base, Teresa has extensive experience in skills training, job search training, and case management, as well as vocational assessments and team leadership. Building on extensive experience conducting transferrable skills analyses, vocational assessments and psycho-vocational assessments, since joining Metrics in 2009 Teresa has served as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant, Skills Trainer, Job Search Training Facilitator, Psychometrist, Vocational Evaluator, and Co-Op Student Placement Facilitator.
Maja Wojcik-Marano has worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist since 2001. Maja has experience in vocational case management, transferable skills analysis, labour market research, return to work counselling, vocational assessments, psycho-vocational assessments, psycho-educational assessments and neuropsycho-vocational assessments.
Joining Metrics Vocational in 2011, Maja is a Vocational Evaluator and Psychometrist as well as Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist, and has conducted more than 900 vocational based evaluations.
Taylor joined Metrics in 2018 as a Psychometrist and Vocational Evaluator, gaining experience in case management and conducting labour market surveys, transferrable skills analyses, Vocational Assessments, Psycho-Vocational Assessments, and Psychological Assessments.
Taylor holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and is also a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP).
With over 6 years in the rehabilitation field, Kelly has extensive experience, as well as first-hand knowledge, of the rehabilitation process, given her personal experience with injury and retraining. Kelly also has broad experience with vocational assessments, psycho-vocational assessments, labour market surveys, job search training and transferrable skills analysis.
Since joining Metrics in 2012, Kelly has built on existing experience in conducting vocational, psycho-vocational, psycho-educational, and neuro-psychological assessments. Kelly now serves as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant, Psychometrist, Vocational Evaluator and Job Search Trainer.
Jennifer Griffiths began working in the field of rehabilitation in 1995 and has over 25 years of work experience in the field of Vocational Rehabilitation with a concentration on vocational assessment and career planning. She has worked in many capacities in both vocational rehabilitation; disability and case management; and as a Manager in Service Delivery and Work Transition, Psychometrist, Vocational Evaluator, and Trainer. She is qualified in the administration of standardized testing, interpretation of results, abilities, aptitudes, and preparing comprehensive reports and recommendations.
Joining Metrics Vocational Services in 2019, Jennifer offers her expertise in acting as a Psychometrist, Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist, Career Coach, and Vocational Evaluator; having conducted or overseen over 500 assessments to date. Jennifer is experienced in conducting transferrable skills analyses, vocational training plans, vocational assessments, labour market analyses, and psycho-vocational assessments.
Jennifer is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Assessment, Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Society (CAVEWAS) and has been a participating member for the past three years.
Since 2009, Jessica has been working in the field of vocational rehabilitation, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in the areas of vocational assessment, life care planning, and services management. Jessica began her career as a Psychometrist and quickly progressed to the role of Vocational Rehabilitation Services Manager, before joining Metrics Vocational Services in 2016 as a Vocational Evaluator and Quality Assurance Specialist.
Jessica holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in the Psychologist Research Specialist and Sociology programs and is also Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP).
Mary Virio has acquired over 20 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation, working with a variety of providers in the insurance industry, including the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. She has worked as Rehabilitation Consultant, Return to Work Specialist, Vocational Evaluator, Program Quality Manager, and Manager of Labour Market Information. Mary has gained experience in specialized areas such as serious injuries, traumatic mental illness, and mild traumatic brain injuries. Mary also developed extensive experience in recruitment. In addition to her degree in Psychology, Mary has Certificates in Quality Management, Human Resource Management, and Risk Management.
Since joining Metrics in 2017, Mary has worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant, Psychometrist, Vocational Evaluator, and National Recruiter. She continues to utilize her expertise to improve return to work outcomes.
Laurie has worked in the field of private rehabilitation since 1995 assisting individuals with injury and/or illness seeking re-employment. Her experience includes vocational assessment, case management, return to work coordination, transferable skills analysis, and services management. Laurie holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counselling degree from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology major, from the University of Waterloo.
Tracey has worked in the field of vocational rehabilitation since 1990 in both the private and public sectors. She has extensive experience in leadership, along with managing and performing case management, Transferable Skills Analyses, Vocational Assessments, and Psycho-Vocational Assessments.
Karleen spent more than 20 years in education as a classroom instructor, working with students from Junior Kindergarten to adults. In addition, she assisted students with education and career planning. Throughout her career, Karleen has participated in extensive training, ranging from cooperative learning, curriculum development, conflict resolution and guidance, to vocational principles, theories and techniques.
Since 2007, Karleen’s vocational rehabilitation career has included positions as case manager (labour market re-training files), Job Search Training Facilitator, Quality Assurance Administrator, Program Developer and Psychometrist.
Joining Metrics Vocational in 2013, Karleen works primarily as a Psychometrist conducting psycho-vocational assessments with injured clients with a diverse range of physical and psychological issues, as well as quality assurance reviews for neuro-psychological reports.
With over 20 years’ experience in the rehabilitation field working with a diverse client base, Lynne has extensive expertise in employment counselling, rehabilitation case management, and vocational case management, as well as vocational assessments, team leadership, and project management.
Building on extensive experience conducting transferable skills analyses, vocational assessments and psycho-vocational assessments, since joining Metrics in 2013, Lynne has served as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant, Psychometrist, Quality Assurance Specialist and Vocational Evaluator. Lynne's vocational assessment experience includes forensic assessments, employer and LTD assessments, WSIB and Veterans' Affairs assessments and casualty assessments.
After a career of teaching and evaluating students as a secondary school teacher, Lisa entered the rehabilitation field, and has gained experience in conducting labour market surveys, employment counselling, and psycho-vocational and vocational assessments with a diverse client base in Northern Ontario.
Since joining Metrics in 2015, Lisa has served as a Psychometrist, Vocational Assessor, Job Search Trainer and Labour Market Surveyor.
With over 14 years' experience in the rehabilitation field, Allison has broad experience in vocational assessments, case management, disability management and psychometry.
Building on her extensive experience conducting vocational assessments, psycho-vocational assessments, psycho-educational assessments and neuropsycho-vocational assessments, Allison joined Metrics in 2014 and holds a CVRP(F) (Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional, #878) designation, a Canadian Certified Vocational Evaluator (CCVE) and is a member of the Canadian Psychological Association.
Bringing over 20 years of experience in career counselling, vocational rehabilitation, disability management as well as vocational and psychometric assessments, Eva joined Metrics in 2017, serving as a Vocational Assessor and Rehabilitation Specialist. As a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP) and a Canadian Certified Rehabilitation Counsellor (CCRC), and a member of VRA Canada, Eva provides psycho-vocational assessments to injured workers.
Upon graduating with a B.A. in Psychology and receiving a York/Seneca Rehabilitation Services Certificate, Sherri began working at the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) of Ontario in the rehabilitation field in 1985. Sherri’s career at WSIB includes 28 years of managing teams in Service Delivery, Case Management, Work Transition/Vocational Rehabilitation, and the Traumatic Mental Stress Program. With 32 years of experience in rehabilitation and disability management, Sherri has extensive expertise and knowledge in rehabilitation, claims and vocational case management, assessments, and project management.
Sherri joined Metrics in 2019, serving as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant and Vocational Evaluator.
With nearly a decade of experience in the field of vocational rehabilitation, Rana joined the Metrics team in 2017. Rana is designated as a Canadian Certified Vocational Evaluator (CCVE) and a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP). In addition, as a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP), Rana demonstrates superior levels of knowledge, integrity and professionalism, while assisting clients in their vocational rehabilitation.
Rana has assisted various psychologists with the completion of psycho-vocational assessments and psycho-educational assessments, and has experience in completing vocational assessments and transferrable skills analysis assessments and reports for insurance companies and lawyers.
Nancy has been a vocational rehabilitation professional since 2011. She has extensive additional experience as a career counsellor since 2001. She graduated from the University of Windsor with a BA in Liberal Arts and Professional Studies and a Certificate in Organizational Communications. Her post-graduate education includes Conestoga College’s Career Development Practitioner certificate and the University of Florida’s pre-certification certificate needed to become a Canadian Certified Life Care Planner. She is a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP), member in good standing from the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals (CVRP), Canadian Certified Life Care Planner (CCLCP) from the International Commission of Health Care Certification (ICHCC), and Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP) from the Career Development Practitioner Certification Board of Ontario (CDPCBO). Nancy has experience conducting Vocational Assessments for WSIB and MVA clients, creating Transferable Skills Analysis (TSA) reports, case management experience for Long-Term Disability files, and extensive experience preparing labour market surveys.
With over 8 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation, including transferable skills analysis, labour market surveys and job search training, Leslie has expertise working with a diverse client base including clients with disabilities and barriers to employment. Leslie joined the Metrics team in 2010.
By providing one-on-one client support, discussing challenges and concerns with clients, Leslie develops strategies for clients to make the transition to employment.
Michael has spent over five years working in the social services; including in homeless shelters (youth and male adult) in a supervisory and case management role, employment counselling, as well as workshop facilitation for individuals with disabilities. Michael is very passionate about working in this field, as he enjoys being able to see people change their lives for the better and takes pride in being able to assist them to do so. Michael has been with Metrics as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellor since 2018.
Christina is a recent graduate of the Seneca Rehabilitation program and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at York University. She has a wide range of experience in Rehabilitation, assisting both youth and adults with Autism, Acquired Brain Injury, intellectual disabilities, and more. She has begun to expand her knowledge in the rehabilitation field by joining Metrics Vocational Services in 2018 as a Vocational Rehablitation Counsellor. With passion, Christina assists clients by providing one-to-one support, facilitating employment workshops, and working with individuals to establish realistic short- and long-terms vocational goals. Christina is currently working toward her RRP, CVRP, and CCVE credentials.
